    PAMBE Ghana's seasonal Global Market opens on Nov. 4 for the seventh year. It will be open from noon-6 PM on Tuesdays through Saturdays until Dec. 23, at 6516 N. Olie in Oklahoma City. The Global Market, staffed entirely by volunteers, sells fair trade products from around the world. All proceeds from Global Market sales benefit PAMBE Ghana, an Oklahoma-based nonprofit, and the La'Angum Learning Center in northern Ghana. Read More

  • Operation Christmas Child National Collection Week 11.17-24.14

    Impact a child's life with a simple shoebox gift. Fill a shoebox with school supplies, basic hygiene items, toys and a note of encouragement for a child overseas suffering due to disaster, war, disease or poverty. This year, Operation Christmas Child hopes to give shoeboxes to 10 million children overseas. That brings the total to over 120 million kids receiving gift-filled shoeboxes since this project began in 1993.     The National Bible Association has also designated Oklahoma City as National Bible City for 2014.
