  • Rally around The pits 10.11.15

    Rally Around the Pits, Inc., a federally recognized 501c3 non-profit, has an upcoming event to support local animal rescue organizations. On Sunday, October 11, 2015 attendees from all over the OKC metro area will converge at Iron Nation Harley Davidson in Edmond, OK for Oklahoma City's only Pitbull Awareness Day. The fun-filled day includes a poker run, vendors, raffles, silent auction, and kid activities. Live music provided by local bands Mudflap Nichols and the Twisted Spokes, CobraJab, and Turbo Wizard. Everyone comes together for this free family and pet friendly event to celebrate pit bull dogs and help erase the stigma of these wonderful companion animals. All net proceeds go directly to the participating animal rescue organizations, PitEssentials Rescue and Bald & Bully.
